How To Lose Your Weight Without Loosing Your Mind

            Everyone certain want to go down weight, in specific for the man who fat. It is fact? Yeah, in my opinion that's fact because majority in the world want to go down weight with many try something that can to go "perfect" body.

            Okey, I will give you many steps about "How to lose your weight WITHOUT loosing your mind". The first, We must physical exercise more and more, Second, we must fasting monday-thursday or middle month. Next, we must to eat vegetables which has many vitamins. Don't forget ! many drinking warm white water. Then, stop eat before satisfied. Don't eat food which has greases. Don't many sleep (max. 8 hours), The last, try and try always, don't desperate ok ! let's to try it.
